Guacamole – Recipe

Guacamole is great. It goes perfectly with Mexican food, or is a great healthy snack.


2 avocado

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1/2 deseeded red chilli

Handful coriander

Juice of half a lime

4-6 baby plum tomatoes

1/2 onion, finely chopped


Halve and de-stone the avocado, spoon out flesh in to a bowl. Mash with a fork. Deseed and chop the chilli finely.

Chop the onion very finely. Crush the garlic cloves. Cut a handful of coriander into small pieces. Roughly chop the tomatoes. Mix together with a squeeze of lime juice.
