I love fajitas. They are a great quick weekday dinner and this spice recipe is fragrant without being spicy. You can substitute the mild chilli powder for hot to give it more of a kick.
This makes enough spice mix for 8 fajitas, I would double the recipe as it will keep for a few weeks.
2 tbsp of: cornflour, chilli powder
2 tsp of: paprika, ground cumin
1 tsp of: garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, sugar, salt
1 vegetable cube, crumbled (I love oxo)
Measure out each ingredient and put in an airtight tub. Shake until mixed. That’s it!
