5 tasty quick dinners

Working full time doesn’t mean having to eat boring food during the week. I try to cook delicious food during the week, as quickly as possible. I try to keep all midweek dinners under 30 minutes for my housemate and I, including all prep time. There is so much I need to do when I get home that it needs to be easy, quick, filling and ideally suitable for lunch the next day.

With this in mind I wanted to share with you 5 tasty quick dinners that are perfect cold or  reheated for lunch the next day!

This is amazingly filling and tastes great. It also takes 15 minutes from start to finish. The bonus is that it is lovely cold the following day. The recipe is HERE
