Easy Baked Salmon

I absolutely love salmon. It’s so versatile and soaks up flavour like a sponge. This dish takes 5 minutes to prep and cooks in 15-18 minutes on 180°c

Ingredients

2 Salmon fillets

1 lemon

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp rosemary – I used dried for ease

2 tbsp olive oil

Small piece of ginger

Method

Lightly oil an oven dish and place salmon in the dish

Drizzle the honey over the salmon and squeeze over the juice of half a lemon

Sprinkle the ginger and rosemary over

Bake for 15-18 minutes on 180°c
